All the rights to all the content of the internet Service of WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP (further called - the Service) are reserved. The user has the right to download and the print all the pages or excerpts of the Service of WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP provided that there occur no violations of copyrights and rights from the registration of trademarks owned by WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP. The service and all its elements are protected by the rules of law, especially of The Copyright Act of 4 February, 1994 and related laws (consolidated act in The Journal of Law (Dz.U.) from 2000, No. 80, item 904, with further amendments), The Act of 16 April, 1993 on fighting the unfair competition (The Journal of Law (Dz.U) from 1993, No. 47, item 211, with further amendments) and The Act of 27 July, 2001 on databases protection (The Journal of Law (Dz.U) from 2001, No. 128, item 1402, with further amendments).
Using the Service is on condition of no violations of any rights resulting form the rules of law, especially copyrights or protective rights on trademarks. Using the Service in any other manner requires contracting a suitable written agreement with WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP or obtaining an agreement on such a use from the Service.

Protection of privacy

In order to protect and respect the privacy of the Service Users, all personal details included in the Service or processed in connection with conducting the Service, including the details of the Service Users, are protected in compliance with the provisions of The Act of 29 August, 1997 on protection of personal details (consolidated act: the Journal of Law (Dz.U.) from 2002, No. 101, item 926, with further amendments).

In connection with conducting the Service, WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP collects and processes the following personal details of the Service Users:
e-mail addresses as sent to WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP by the Service Users; WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP places these addresses the so-called mailing list and processes the above mentioned details in order to sent to them information on services and products of WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP and about the company itself.
The information concerning using the services by the users and their IP addresses on the ground of analyses of their access logs; the above mentioned data a4re processed by WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP for technical purposes, as well as for statistical purposes, with the demographic analysis of the Service Users for the purposes of conducting the marketing activity.
All the above indicated personal details sent to WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP, are regarded by the company as details provided voluntarily, in compliance with art. 23. 1 .1 of the Act on protection of personal details and bears no responsibility in the event of providing false or incomplete details by any of the Service Users.

Personal details provided in the registration form as well as e-mail addresses provided on order to receive the WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP newsletter, can be processes – after making a suitable separate agreement.

Range of accessibility and use of the data

WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP does not sell, does not deliver nor lends the processed personal details unless:

 

  • It is by consent of the subject of the details,
  • It is required by the rules of law in force,
  • In order to realize tasks for the public welfare as defined by law,
  • It is indispensable for the fulfilment of legally justified aims of WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP, and the processing does not infringe any rights and freedom of the person to whom they refer.

WANDALEX S.A. – THE WANDALEX GROUP reserves the right to entrust the Service Users’ details in the form of summary lists, to co-operating agencies or to services. Such information can be used for:
